The picture you see below is of our Cyclone large bore CNC lathe. With chucks at both ends of the spindle, it is used for the production of large hydraulic cylinders and simular types of work.

What We Do
Based in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada and located just off of Hwy. 401 at the junction of Hwy. 403. Operating from our 16,000 sqare ft. facility, we specialize in all types of large custom and production machining but also complete some medium-small production work on an ongoing basis.
Our Capabilities
We have a 5 pallet, precision horizontal machining center with 1200mm x 1200mm pallets which is a true flexible manufacturing system (FMS). It has 1500mm of cross travel, a 300 station automatic tool changer and has 360 degree incremental rotation of pallets. We also have a smaller 2 pallet horizontal machining center as well as 3 manual horizontal boring mills with the largest having 14' of cross travel. In our turning division, we have a large bore (13" thru bore with chucks on both ends) conversational CNC lathe, alongside of 4 slant bed production lathes. We have all of the manual equipment to back up the CNC equipment as well. We also have a lifting capacity of 400 tons outside and inside the facility if required.
